Payment Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern payment obligations and responsibilities for services rendered by PEAKONTECH.
- Invoices will be sent upon agreement and acceptance of the project scope.
- Payment must be made within 7 days from the invoice date.
- A deposit of 50% may be required upfront before work begins.
- A late fee of 10% will apply to overdue payments beyond the specified due date.
- Continued delays may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.
- Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced unless otherwise stated in the service contract.
- If a campaign is canceled before it begins, a partial refund may be issued, excluding any preparatory work costs.
Any changes to the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
Both parties agree to keep client information and project details confidential, except as required for service delivery.
- Any disputes regarding payment or services shall be resolved amicably.
- If unresolved, disputes will be subject to Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days written notice.
- All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
